Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 Red Bell Pepper
- 2-3 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS pine nuts or walnuts
- 2 TBS raisins or cranberries
- 2 cups Kale
Steps
- Sauté chopped garlic and mince red pepper in olive oil until soft
- Add kale and toss just until covered in oil and warm (a minute or two)
- Add pine nuts and raisins, salt lightly, serve warm
Great treat and you get that yummy Kale!
